In addition to the classic benefits of meditation—mindfulness, calmness, and presence — Raja Yoga offers clear techniques for achieving life goals such as advancing your career, building a successful business, increasing prosperity, and developing relationships. And it doesn’t require meditating in a lotus pose for a hundred years.
Hi, my name is Olga, and I am your meditation voice. I have practiced Hatha Yoga for 30 years and Raja Yoga meditation for 3 years. To become the best instrument for your practice, I have spent countless hours training the discipline of the mind. I am vegetarian (almost vegan), free from alcohol (I cheat twice a year while in Napa) and substances, and a devoted fan of Ekadashi (36 hours on water twice a month) and Chatur Masya.
Raja Yoga meditation is fundamentally different from other approaches. During our sessions, I keep my mind in a theta-wave state. In other words, the guidance comes from our Higher Selves, and I serve as a bridge between the human mind and universal energies.
Calming the mind is only the first—and easily achievable—step in Raja Yoga. My sessions are about learning to live and function while staying connected to your Higher Self, and acting from that state. You will also receive practical guidance for managing the physical body, the astral (emotional) body, and the mental body, helping you live more productively and joyfully.
