(01) INTRODUCTION
If you have never tried meditation before, this is the perfect place to begin. You will be introduced directly to Raja Yoga practices, often considered the crown jewel of the yogic and meditation traditions.
If you have explored meditation before, prepare for something distinctly different and remarkably effective.
Most modern meditation techniques are forms of mindfulness practice. They help activate the parasympathetic nervous system, allowing us to relax, calm the mind, and reduce stress through breath awareness and attention to the physical body. In some approaches, thoughts are gently replaced with guided visualizations or affirmations.
As the practice unfolds, attention shifts toward the astral body, exploring emotional and energetic states and developing sensitivity to the surrounding energetic field.
Further along, the focus expands into the mental body, bringing awareness to thought patterns, perception, and internal narratives. This part of the practice will continue to evolve.
The collection concludes with a practice of love, integrating all levels into a unified and lived experience.
Additional practices may be introduced over time as bonus material, allowing the system to expand organically.
The Core Collection is designed as an entry point into the practice of Raja Yoga meditation, a progressive series of practices created for beginners, as well as for those already exploring meditation who want to build a clear and stable foundation for deeper work.
It introduces awareness step by step across the physical, astral, and mental levels, while gently establishing a connection with the witness — the observing aspect of the Higher self.

Intro
We share then a few minutes on practical technics.Being in a state of Higher Self we open Anahata (heart chakra) soaking in a flow of Universal Divine love, letting it to heal us. We also work with our emotional and mental patterns, moving them towards a brighter side.
Recorded meditations as effective as real-time ones.
30 minutes OG meditation sessions. We use a special OG technique to establish a strong connection with our Higher Selves. This is a first and easy achievable goal.
We practice feeling and watching our physical, astral (emotional) and mental bodies to establish a distance between these bodies we live in and our internal witness.

Raja Yoga meditation providing very straight forward and clear techniques to archive our goals like managing circumstances of our lives, attracting right people and events helpful for our relationships and business, expedite our development in all desirable directions and fields.
Recorded meditations as effective as real-time ones. No need to attend scheduled sessions unless you do like them.
Mastery meditations are longer, up to 1 hour. Staying in a meditation mode we work with our astral (emotional) and mental body.
