Simple guidelines for posture, gaze, and focus to help you enter meditation comfortably and safely, even if you are practicing in everyday settings.

      <turbo:content>

How to Work With This Practice

1.	Posture

Your posture should be comfortable and free of tension.
Avoid the lotus pose 🧘‍♀️ unless Padmasana is truly comfortable for you. The same applies to Sukhasana (Easy Pose).
It is perfectly normal and effective to sit on a chair, armchair, sofa, or bed with your back supported.

2.	Gaze. For beginners (those practicing meditation for their first hundred years 😉), it’s best to keep the eyes open with a soft, defocused gaze.
Look straight ahead or slightly upward at a 45-degree angle — higher is also fine if comfortable.
Keep your neck straight and avoid tilting your head back.
Ideally, your spine should be aligned vertically, as long as it remains comfortable.
A defocused upward gaze helps separate from the memory field and supports shifting the brain into theta waves — the state where we connect with the Higher Self.

3.	If you’re unable to be alone and fully concentrate but still want to listen to the meditation in the background, that’s also beneficial. You can do household chores, go for a walk, or even drive. Just make sure you are SAFE — with no risk of zoning out and ending up in another country. ))

If it’s not too much trouble, please leave a reaction after listening to each meditation 💕

This helps me stay connected with you and sense how far we’ve gone together. It also lets me know when you’re ready to move on to deeper and more beneficial practices — such as working with anxiety, fears, aggression, or strengthening positive thinking, confidence, and joy.

Nevertheless, in this state, we can already function effectively as our Higher Self and bring ourselves significant benefit.

Functioning from the state of the Higher Self includes becoming aware of, purifying, and strengthening the astral and mental bodies—and, through them, the etheric and physical bodies.
</turbo:content>

A guide to understanding what is and is not normal during meditation, including how awareness, the Higher Self, and gentle physical responses work in practice.

      <turbo:content>

Important Practice Guidelines

The intention of this practice is to learn how to function from the state of the Higher Self while remaining fully present and self-aware.

Functioning from the state of the Higher Self includes becoming aware of, purifying, and strengthening the astral and mental bodies — and through them, the etheric and physical bodies.

These are foundational meditations in which we do not dissolve into the Higher Self, merge with the Atman, or enter Nirvana (use whichever term resonates with you 😉). Instead, we remain conscious and stable, cultivating clarity and inner strength.

The goals of these meditations are:

• Opening the heart chakra — Anahata — to receive universal divine love.

• Practicing the cleansing of Anahata with love, allowing the chakra to generate love freely and fully.

• Supporting cognitive performance, enhancing brain function, and improving memory through healthy energetic balance.

Awareness of our three bodies (physical, astral, mental) and understanding how they differ from the Higher Self / Soul / observer / witness (use the term that resonates with you 😉).

Quieting feelings and thoughts — the inner monologue (or dialogue, depending on how it works for you 😄).

Achieving a stable theta-wave state (shifting consciousness to the level of the Higher Self while remaining functionally present).

</turbo:content>

These meditations support mental and emotional clarity by helping you process experience without accumulating internal tension. Youthfulness begins in the nervous system.

It’s not just about genetics. Usually, you can sense something different in how they live.

They don’t loop emotions. They’re not storing old feelings like emotional clutter. When they speak, its more from thought than reaction. They do feel deeply but they are not stuck. Even now, I’m learning. Practicing. Shifting. But it’s working - gently, gradually.

We’ll also share small tools from time to time - some easy, some that take more effort - but all designed to quietly fit into real life.

</turbo:content>
