The intention of this practice is to learn how to function from the state of the Higher Self while remaining fully present and self-aware.
Functioning from the state of the Higher Self includes becoming aware of, purifying, and strengthening the astral and mental bodies — and through them, the etheric and physical bodies.
These are foundational meditations in which we do not dissolve into the Higher Self, merge with the Atman, or enter Nirvana (use whichever term resonates with you 😉). Instead, we remain conscious and stable, cultivating clarity and inner strength.
The goals of these meditations are:
• Opening the heart chakra — Anahata — to receive universal divine love.
• Practicing the cleansing of Anahata with love, allowing the chakra to generate love freely and fully.
• Supporting cognitive performance, enhancing brain function, and improving memory through healthy energetic balance.
Awareness of our three bodies (physical, astral, mental) and understanding how they differ from the Higher Self / Soul / observer / witness (use the term that resonates with you 😉).
Quieting feelings and thoughts — the inner monologue (or dialogue, depending on how it works for you 😄).
Achieving a stable theta-wave state (shifting consciousness to the level of the Higher Self while remaining functionally present).
