Your posture should be comfortable and free of tension. Avoid the lotus pose 🧘♀️ unless Padmasana is truly comfortable for you. The same applies to Sukhasana (Easy Pose). It is perfectly normal and effective to sit on a chair, armchair, sofa, or bed with your back supported.
2. Gaze. For beginners (those practicing meditation for their first hundred years 😉), it’s best to keep the eyes open with a soft, defocused gaze. Look straight ahead or slightly upward at a 45-degree angle — higher is also fine if comfortable. Keep your neck straight and avoid tilting your head back. Ideally, your spine should be aligned vertically, as long as it remains comfortable. A defocused upward gaze helps separate from the memory field and supports shifting the brain into theta waves — the state where we connect with the Higher Self.
3. If you’re unable to be alone and fully concentrate but still want to listen to the meditation in the background, that’s also beneficial. You can do household chores, go for a walk, or even drive. Just make sure you are SAFE — with no risk of zoning out and ending up in another country. ))
If it’s not too much trouble, please leave a reaction after listening to each meditation 💕
This helps me stay connected with you and sense how far we’ve gone together. It also lets me know when you’re ready to move on to deeper and more beneficial practices — such as working with anxiety, fears, aggression, or strengthening positive thinking, confidence, and joy.
Nevertheless, in this state, we can already function effectively as our Higher Self and bring ourselves significant benefit.
Functioning from the state of the Higher Self includes becoming aware of, purifying, and strengthening the astral and mental bodies—and, through them, the etheric and physical bodies.
